Ant Marketing is one of the UK’s leading telemarketing organisations, well established in Sheffield and South Yorkshire with three sites across the region. Due to expansion we have a number of roles within our Appointment Setting rooms.

Ant is a friendly place to work with a fun sales environment and extra incentives for successful agents. We operate an Introduce A Friend scheme with which we pay out £200 to the introducer, providing both the introducer and their friend have completed 100 hours work.

 The Role 

Based at our UK headquarters in Broomhill, Sheffield, the successful applicant will concentrate their efforts and skills on outbound calling to Management and Director level contacts, to facilitate appointments for Clients and Account Management to attend. You will take responsibility for developing and maintaining your own pipeline of activity, building relationships with clients and providing feedback to the Team Manager. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Appointment generation for a number of external Clients covering a variety of sectors.
  • Developing and maintaining your own pipeline of contacts.
  • Promotion of client portfolios to prospective businesses and organisations.
  • Providing feedback on market activity to the Team Manager. 

 The Successful Candidate Will 

  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Have Business 2 Business experience in an outbound role
  • Be ambitious.
  • Be target driven and show consistency in results.
  • Be self-motivated

 The Package 

  • An initial hourly rate of £6.15 per hour, rising to £7.00 upon achievement of KPI’s. 
  • Excellent uncapped bonus scheme: £5 for the first appointment, then £15 for each appointment thereafter.
  • £22,000 OTE.
