Communications Officer

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 salary dependent on experience

Location: Broomhill, Sheffield (flexibility required)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Communications Officer to take on a new role within our organisation. Reporting to the CEO, the Communications Officer will be at the forefront of representing the company and responsible for maintaining internal and external communication and strategies to meet agreed company objectives.

THE ROLE

Externally

•Promote the brand of Ant Marketing to external clients and prospects

•Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relations

•Managing the production of communication materials, including newsletters, e-newsletters and websites; Maintaining and updating customer and prospect databases,

•Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign;

•Customer satisfaction surveys;

Internally

•Promote the brand of Ant Marketing internally and develop the Ant identity

•Creating and delivering Employee engagement surveys and supporting change management

•Implement and maintain the Ant Intranet site

•Facilitate environmental improvements

•Assisting with reception and client experience.

•Personal Assistance to CEO

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

•Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

•Experience of client communications

•Ability to liaise confidently at all levels in the business

•Strong organisational and decision making skills

•An exceptional eye for detail

•Computer literate

•Website management experience

•Able to balance creative flair with analysis

•Confident with spread sheets and understand statistics, trends and budget models

•Task orientated and have the ability to work on own initiative as well as work closely with other team members.

•To demonstrate a professional attitude and approach at all times, leads by example

•Initiative and clear communication,

•Committed to upholding professional standards

•Takes responsibility for own actions

PREFERRED

•Previous experience of working in a similar role

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

We are looking to recruit in to our expanding and successful Sales Team. We have a number of start dates in November

You will need to be the resilient type, someone who can recover from setbacks and remain upbeat and customer focused, but naturally we’ll give you all the training you need.

The role will involve calling existing and potential customers, selling them relevant products and services (full product training will be given.)

Ideally, you will have previous sales experience and be driven by success.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 11am – 8pm Friday 10am – 7pm

Your Package From Us: Basic Salary: £12,792 pa – £15,600 per annum (£6.15 – £7.50 per hour.) Tiered based on your performance once you are in the role

Bonus: You will enjoy an uncapped bonus with top sellers currently earning in excess of £1,000 per month on top of their basic salary.

In addition to the bonus above we are currently offering an attendance bonus, which gives you the opportunity of earning an extra £1 per hour for every hour you work each week. To receive this extra bonus you must work your weekly contracted hours and you must achieve 70% of your sales target. As this is an extra bonus it is subject to change
